Paper Says Court Allowed Gay Marriage Referendum, Court Denies

Ljubljana, 30 September - Quoting unofficial information, the daily Dnevnik reports on Wednesday that the Constitutional Court has reached a decision on changes to the marriage act equalising the rights of heterosexual and homosexual couples. It says the decision paves the way for a referendum on the changes, but the court denies a decision being made.
