Ljubljana, 30 September - The SBI TOP blue chip index on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange was down 0.02% to 668.47 points on Wednesday with the highest drop recorded by telco Telekom Slovenije and the biggest gains posted by fuel retailer Petrol.
