Dnevnik says Nobel Peace Prize also message to other Arab Spring states

Ljubljana, 10 October - The daily Dnevnik says on Saturday that the Nobel Peace Prize went into the right hands this time, to four civil society groups in Tunisia who encouraged national dialogue to help preserve a frail democracy that had been on the brink of war in the first years after the revolution.
