Banka Celje Establishing Itself in Ljubljana

Ljubljana, 9 July - BANK/CELJE/NORICUM/MERGER
Buying 76.5 percent of shares of the bank Banka Noricum d.d., the bank Banka Celje d.d. won a majority stake in ownership in Banka Noricum with the Council of the Bank of Slovenia giving its approval for the take-over at its regular session on 20 June.
