Slovenia's first PM praises Bučar's contribution to democracy

Ljubljana, 21 October - Slovenia's first prime minister said that France Bučar had played an important role in Slovenia's struggle for independence and democracy as Slovenia is mourning the death of its first parliamentary speaker and co-author of the constitution, who died on Wednesday at the age of 92.
