Delo says the problem is in Europe, not in refugees

Ljubljana, 22 October - Refugees, although they are a complicated and hard to solve issue, are not the key problem of Europe. Europe itself is the problem, the daily Delo says in Thursday's commentary, adding that "if this is all the EU can do, we don't need this kind of Europe".
