Kovinotehna Shares Soon to Enter the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Quotation

Ljubljana, 14 July - STOCK/EXCHANGE/KOVINOTEHNA
Regular and preferential shares of Kovinotehna Celje international trade corporation entered B quotation at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on 3 July, with trading to begin Wednesday, 17 July. The block includes 3,484,037 regular shares marked A and G and 527,955 preferential shares type U. With face value of SIT 1000, all are registered shares, whose last year's yield was SIT 3.08, says the shares' prospectus.
