Parliament redefines, slightly rises minimum wage

Ljubljana, 24 November - The National Assembly endorsed on Tuesday the trade unions-sponsored motion to exempt bonuses for night, weekend and holiday work from the minimum wage. The proposal, which had also been endorsed by the government, is opposed by employers and is expected to be vetoed by the upper chamber of parliament.
