Constitutional Court against referendum on expanding army powers

Ljubljana, 9 December - The Constitutional Court has decided against allowing a referendum on legislative changes providing for the deployment of army to help police patrol the border amid the refugee crisis. It therefore confirmed the parliament's decision to ban the vote.
