Request for continuation of trial against JNA officer rejected
Ljubljana, 9 December - The Murska Sobota District Court has rejected a request for the continuation of proceedings against a former Yugoslav army officer recently acquitted of war crimes, lodged by the Defence Ministry, the daily Delo reported on Wednesday. The ministry cannot appeal against the decision.
