Weekly review of events involving Slovenia, 1-7 January

Ljubljana, 8 January - The year 2016 started with a number of events related to Slovenia's foreign policy, such as the country's membership of the UN Human Rights Council, the annual consultation of Slovenian diplomats and a motion by two opposition parties for parliament to dismiss Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec over his disastrous handling of foreign affairs.
