Ljubljana, 25 July - GOVERNMENT/OIL/DERIVATIVES/PRICE/INCREASE
The Slovene government decided to rise the prices of oil derivatives, which are to be higher by 1 Slovene Tolar (SIT) on average. The measure comes into force on Friday, 26 July. The government paid more attention to some structural changes than to a change of retail prices, said State Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Relations and Development Davor Valentinčič at a news conference following the government's session. Accordingly, a retail price of 86-octane petrol will increase from 69.70 SIT to 70.30 SIT per liter, of 98-octane petrol from 82.20 SIT to 82.80 SIT and the retail price of 95-octane MB unleaded petrol from 74.50 SIT to 76.20 SIT.
