Brussels warns Slovenia about violations of asylum rules

Brussels, 10 February - The European Commission sent reasoned opinions to Slovenia on Wednesday over violations of the EU asylum rules. Should Slovenia not take remedial measures in two months, the case could be referred to the European Court of Justice. The Commission has also warned about considerable financial penalties.
