Scandal brewing over police conduct in traffic stop of minister

Ljubljana, 1 March - Just as a fresh round of talks on police pay was to start on Tuesday, the case of Public Administration Minister Boris Koprivnikar being pulled over and breathalysed by police late last year surfaced again. An anonymous tip-off said to have come from the police ranks suggests the minister was deliberately targeted.
