Ljubljana, 11 March - Slovenia fully reinstated the Schengen regime at the border with Croatia after the EU reached a refugee exchange deal with Turkey. The country also tightened asylum law. Whilst upbeat news came from the largest state-owned bank and the telecoms company, fresh warnings over public finances arrived from Brussels.
