Cerar accuses Germany of contradictory behaviour in refugee crisis

Ljubljana, 11 March - Prime Minister Miro Cerar has accused Germany of contradictory behaviour in the refugee crisis, telling the weekly Die Welt that while Berlin is saying that German borders remain open, it is simultaneously introducing restrictions and returning more and more migrants to Austria.
