Govt forecaster downgrades GDP outlook for 2016

Ljubljana, 16 March - The government's macroeconomic forecaster IMAD downgraded Slovenia's GDP growth outlook for this year by 0.6 percentage points to 1.7%, signalling a strong deceleration from the 2.9% growth recorded last year. The economy is projected to expand by 2.4% in 2017, according to the spring forecast released on Wednesday.
