Arbitration tribunal analysing implications of Croatian withdrawal

The Hague, 18 March - The Slovenia-Croatia border arbitration tribunal has decided to examine the legal implications of Croatia's insistence that the arbitration procedure is over due to Slovenia's violations. Until it has reached a decision, it will not be deciding on the merits of the dispute, the tribunal said Friday.
