Delo sceptical about Slovenia getting provinces soon

Ljubljana, 22 March - Delo is sceptical about the prospect of Slovenia finally getting provinces, arguing in Tuesday's commentary that neither the government nor municipalities are showing much appetite for the reform of local government.
