Fmr central bank boss questions ECB measures

Ljubljana, 23 March - Former boss of Banka Slovenije France Arhar has questioned the mix of quantitative easing and record low interest rates as a means of propping up consumption and inflation in Europe. "The current experiment has no parallels in recent history," he has told the STA.
