Delo: Janez Drnovšek Personality of the Month

Continuing from the previous month, Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek has won Delo's Personality of the Month title in August, as over a quarter of respondents to the poll said he made the strongest impact on the Slovene political scene in July. Following with only four votes less is President Milan Kučan, ex-foreign minister Zoran Thaler slid to the third place, while the incumbent minister Davorin Kračun landed fifth, immediately after Janez Janša, the Social Democratic Party leader.
