Ljubljana, 1 April - Slovenia's general government deficit was at 2.2% of GDP in 2015, the first time it stayed below the EU ceiling of 3% of GDP since 2008. The government established a special company that is to manage the biggest planned infrastructure project in the country, the second rail track between Divača and Koper.
