Večer worried by state of the army

Maribor, 31 March - Večer expresses concern about the state of the Slovenian Armed Forces in Thursday's commentary, noting that the report on the army's readiness handed to President Borut Pahor shows the force getting the worst grades precisely where it matters the most - its ability to address crises or even engage in war.
