Delo: Demographic fund increasingly Utopian

Ljubljana, 31 March - The pension reform legislation of 2012 involved the establishment of a demographic fund within two years. Four years later, the government is yet to adopt the requisite legislation. The main sticking points are power and money, Delo comments on Thursday, noting that the feasibility of the fund is increasingly questionable.
