Bavčar demands exclusion of judge in Istrabenz case

Ljubljana, 31 March - A retrial in the high-profile case involving suspected money laundering during a failed MBO of the energy and tourism conglomerate Istrabenz started at the Ljubljana District Court on Thursday with a request by the chief suspect, former Istrabenz boss Igor Bavčar, that designated judge Vladislava Lunder be excluded from the case.
