Finance thinks lower taxes would stem flow of capital to tax havens

Ljubljana, 5 April - Business daily Finance opines in Tuesday's commentary that lower taxes would help prevent the flight of capital from Slovenia to tax havens, noting that high taxes are the reason why Slovenia is seeing more capital flight than other countries.
