Slovenia overhauls customs legislation
Ljubljana, 19 April - The National Assembly passed on Tuesday a new bill on customs which transposes into Slovenian legislation EU customs rules that enter into force on 1 May. The goals include a reduction of red tape, of expenses for citizens and the Financial Administration, faster procedures and a coordination of penalties.
