Parliament passes reform of minor offences law
Ljubljana, 25 April - Deputies passed in a 45:5 vote on Monday the government sponsored changes to the minor offences law, which bring the legislation in line with a Constitutional Court ruling prohibiting people from being jailed as a means of fine enforcement.
