Conference discusses threat of WMDs in hands of terrorists

Ljubljana, 9 May - A two-day NATO Conference on Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Arms Control, Disarmament and Non-proliferation started in Ljubljana on Monday, with the speakers stressing that that one of the main security threats today was terrorists getting their hands on weapons of mass destruction.
