Ministerial candidate says culture requires autonomy and dialogue

Ljubljana, 16 May - Tone Peršak, the candidate for the new culture minister, believes that culture requires autonomy and dialogue with other fields. Speaking to the parliamentary Culture Committee on Monday, Peršak highlighted the need to change of the concept of cultural policy, while he would tackle urgent issues until the end of the term.
