25 years of Slovenia: Average age of cars increasing
Ljubljana, 13 June - Sales of new cars in Slovenia were significantly lower in 2014 than at the time of independence 25 years ago, only to rebound last year and exceed the pre-independence level. Slovenians are however driving increasingly older cars, as the average age of registered cars was up from 6.8 years in 1992 to 9.4 years in 2014.
