Hops Picking Season Begins in the Savinja Valley

Hops picking season began this week in the Savinja Valley, east Slovenia. The picking season of this plant which is then dried and used for making beer will expectedly last from 15 to 25 days, according to Edo Omladič, director of Žalec Hmezad agricultural company.
