Slovenia at 83% of EU average at purchasing power standards

Ljubljana, 15 June - Slovenia has been struggling to catch up with the most developed EU countries. Despite brisk economic growth, its per capita gross domestic product (GDP) in purchasing power standards, a proxy for the level of economic development, remained unchanged at 83% of the EU average last year, the Slovenian Statistics Office said.
