Inclusion of drinking water in Constitution to be debated at July plenary

Ljubljana, 29 June - The parliamentary Constitutional Commission adopted on Wednesday several amendments to a proposal to include the right to clean drinking water into the Constitution and gave the green light for MPs to discuss it at July plenary.
