Police officer stabbed to death, killer commits suicide

Brežice, 29 June - A man stabbed a police officer in the chest in the Brežice area this morning before stabbing himself to death, the Novo mesto Police Administration said on Wednesday. The 30-year-old police officer later died in hospital. Police said the suspect was a 22-year-old German citizen.
