Foreign minister offers to resign over border arbitration scandal

Ljubljana, 1 July - Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec has offered to step down over what he described as "complications" regarding the international arbitration on the Slovenian-Croatian border. Prime Minister Miro Cerar is expected to decide on Saturday whether or not he accepts his resignation.
