MPs okay EUR 3.5m in aid to farmers after April frost

Ljubljana, 14 July - The National Assembly backed on Thursday an emergency law allocating EUR 3.5m from budget reserves for the mitigation of the damage caused to farmers by the late April frost. While support was unanimous, several parties urged the adoption of legislation that would deal with such situations on a systemic level.
