Slovenia sees EU climate proposal as good basis for debate

Ljubljana, 20 July - Environment Ministry said the European Commission's proposal for the realisation of the climate-energy framework presented today was "a good basis for further debate". It also expressed satisfaction that the Commission considered certain specific circumstances for Slovenia.
