Papers think Črni Kal fire has broader implications

Ljubljana/Koper, 9 August - The fire that broke out along the Koper-Divača rail line in south-western Slovenia on Sunday could prove to be a turning point when it comes to fire prevention in this part of the country as well as the attitude to the region in general, commentators argue on Tuesday.
