Delo says private owners part of the bark beetle problem

Ljubljana, 17 August - Commenting on the bark beetle outbreak in Slovenia, the daily Delo says on Wednesday that a part of the problem are private owners of forests who do not care much for their property, which is losing value because of the pest.
