50th anniversary of British plane crash to be remembered

Brnik, 13 September - A monument will be unveiled near Brnik airport Tuesday to remember the 98 victims who died in one of the most tragic aviation accidents in Slovenia. The Britannia Airways plane, en route from London to Ljubljana, crashed on 1 September 1966 in a forest near the village of Lahovče, about three km south-east of the airport.
