Fmr ECHR justice nominated to head Kosovo war crimes court

Ljubljana, 1 September - The Slovenian government has nominated Boštjan M. Zupančič, a former judge at the European Court of Human Rights, for the post of president of the fledgling court for war crimes committed during the Kosovo war.
