Bavčar sentenced to five years in Istrabez retrial

Ljubljana, 5 September - Igor Bavčar, the former chairman of the Istrabenz holding, has been sentenced to five years in prison for money laundering in a retrial involving a chain sale of Istrabenz stock, while co-defendants Kristjan Sušinski and Nastja Sušinski were given three and two years, respectively. Bavčar has announced an appeal.
