Translator of Russian author Vodolazkin wins Sovre Prize
Ljubljana, 30 September - Professor of Russian and English Lijana Dejak has won this year's main translation award, the Sovre Prize, for her translation of Eugene Vodolazkin's Laurus. Dejak is a talented translator of mostly modern Russian literature and literary theory, the jury said. She will receive the award on 11 October.
