Slovenian currency established 25 years ago
Ljubljana, 8 October - A quarter of a century has passed since Slovenia introduced its own currency, the Slovenian tolar, which led to the monetary independence of the newly established country. The tolar was highly trusted and has provided Slovenia with valuable experience should the need for the reintroduction of a national currency arise.
