Dnevnik impressed by quick pick of new UN sec-gen

Ljubljana, 6 October - The daily Dnevnik finds the quick selection of the new UN secretary general interesting, given the divergent opinions of the permanent members of the Security Council in conflicts around the world. It believes Eastern Europe has failed because it sent too many candidates.
