Delo says Maribor mayor just another clerk in town hall

Ljubljana, 7 October - The daily Delo says in Friday's commentary that the local government in Maribor is in a state of anarchy, as the mayor is so limited that he can only manage basic accounting tasks and is actually just another clerk in the town hall.
