Ljubljana, 14 October - It was a busy week for police, having busted two criminal rings involved in drug and arms trafficking and launching an investigation against several doctors at UKC Ljubljana over allowing patients to skip waiting lines for financial reward. Gay rights activist Miha Lobnik was nominated Slovenia's first independent equal opportunities ombudsman.
