Parliamentary committees give green light for signing of CETA

Ljubljana, 17 October - The parliamentary EU affairs and economy committees gave the green light to Slovenia to sign the CETA free trade agreement with Canada at a joint session on Monday. MPs did so after hours of procedural wrangling as the United Left (ZL) opposed the decision.
