Cycling season wrapping up
Ljubljana, 19 October - The cycling season will gradually wrap up as winter approaches, with the coming weekend providing some of the last opportunities for amateur competitors.

On Sunday, the Rog Bicycle Club's traditional Golden Bicycle competition will conclude with the Avtomojster Grand Prix.
The circular race, which starts and finishes at Dobrova, south of Ljubljana, will offer distances of 21 and 70 kilometres.
Žiri, the 35th bicycle race and hike around the town will be held on Sunday. Hikers and cyclists will share the same 19-kilometre route, with hikers starting at 8 AM and cyclists at 10 AM.
